Samuel has over 16 years experience in the building and construction industry. As principal of Archi-QS Pty Ltd, he has been involved in many and varied projects throughout Australia and throughout the many aspects of the industry, including: construction, cost planning, tax depreciation, cost management, strata advice and project management.

Samuel completed a four year full time degree studying Construction Management and Quantity Surveying obtaining a Bachelor of Construction Management (QS) from UTS and Obtained Graduate Diploma in Architecture from UNSW. Upon completing his tertiary education, Samuel was an employee to various international contractors and consultants in fields of Quantity Surveying and Architecture before establishing Archi-QS Pty Ltd in 1994.

As a company leader, Samuel is focused on providing clients with value adding solutions for all property depreciation and construction cost consultancy services.
