Archi-QS employ professional and fully qualified Quantity Surveyors who are members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Building.

Archi-QS is registered as tier (2) out of a (3) tiering system, as service providers for banks and lending institutions Australia wide. Tier (1) is 0-$15M, Tier (2) $15-$50M and tier (3) unlimited. Normally tier (3) professionals are international companies, tier (2) are national and tier (1) local individual or partnership with small staff arrangement. Hence our firm is considered as a medium range QS firm based on the tiering system.

To avoid possible conflict of interest, Archi-QS do not and will not promote and or market with builders in design and construct projects.
