Archi-QS was established in the early 90's with the intention of providing the best possible and most cost effective service to our clients in the Building-, and Construction Finance Industries.

The managing director of ARCHI-QS is responsible to certify every project before completion prior to submission to the client.

ARCHI-QS does not, and will not promote and or market with builders in design and construct projects to avoid any possible conflict of interest.

ARCHI-QS professional staff are fully qualified Quantity Surveyors and members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Building.

The type of projects handled range from residential, commercial, office, retail, institutional, medical, civil, entertainment, sport etc.

Archi-QS can handle unlimited size projects. Our current and completed projects are varied.

PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL

ARCHI-QS dedicates a Senior Quantity Surveyor to every project. All ARCHI-QS personell are University qualified with Undergraduate- and Post Graduate qualifications.
